Mobile Bar Hire
Hire The Parched Pony - a mobile bar that was stylishly converted from a horse trailer. It can be hired, fully staffed, for any event, including weddings, anniversaries and family gatherings.
Positioned inside a marquee, or outside in the sunshine, a fabulous selection of spirits, beers and wines can be served to your guests.
The bar can be personalised with photos, branding or a theme of your choice.
Based near Waddesdon in Buckinghamshire, we cover towns and villages across Bucks, Oxfordshire, Northants and Berkshire.
Costs
Hire of The Parched Pony - £250
This covers the cost of setting up the bar and two trained members of staff for your event, plus all glasses. Damages will be charged at £1 per glass.
Pay Bar
Your guests pay for their own drinks by cash or card.
Minimum spend deposit - £1,000 *
Subsidised Bar
Designate an amount to cover an initial “Free Bar”. Once this amount has been reached, guests then pay for their own drinks.

Free Bar
Free for your guests. Pre-pay an estimated amount, and we will either refund any excess paid, or invoice you for any balance payable after the event.

Minimum Spend Deposit
This will be returned after the event, so long as the minimum spend is reached. If the amount spent was only £800, we would retain £200 of the deposit.
As an example, if you have 50 people spending £20 each, the £1,000 minimum spend would be reached.
